Hydraulics	Pneumatics	Mechanical Drives

• Preparatory Electricity & Electronics Trainer (PEET) –skills development in the areas of AC/DC, basic electronics, motors, and generators
• Industrial Electricity/Electric Motor Controls Training System – comprehensive program covering power circuits, single & three-phase power, DC machines, AC machines, polyphase machines, and special applications, including AC and DC variable speed motor drives
• Faultable Motor Control Training System – motor control system using industrial devices to control a wide variety of industrial motors. This system offers unique control training capabilities, enhanced by its modularity and instructor-inserted faults. This system allows students to select and mount control devices, form typical control schemes, and troubleshoot them once a fault is inserted.
• Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) Training System – system designed to develop competencies in operating, programming, and troubleshooting modern PLC control circuits. The system is based on the Allen Bradley SLC 5/03 and is integrated directly into the Industrial Electricity/Electric Motor Controls Training System. Study is further enhanced by simulation software featuring various industrial applications.
• Hydraulics/Pneumatics Training System – integrated training system featuring industrial grade components used to teach basic through advanced skills in the areas of fluid and air powered systems operation and troubleshooting. Skills are developed in the operation and maintenance of hydraulic filters, reservoirs, pumps, tubing, valves, cylinders, and motors, as well as pneumatic compressors, valves, motors, and cylinders.
• Mechanical Drives & Bearings Training System – skills development in the areas of installation, operation, and maintenance of bearings, belt drives, roller chain drives, gear drives, speed reducers, linear drives, and mechanical couplings
• Industrial Pumps Training System – skills development in the areas of installation, operation, and maintenance of centrifugal, magnetic drive, diaphragm, gear, and metering industrial pumps

John Elkins, Mechanical Systems/Industrial Electronics Trainer Elkins has over 12 years experience of industrial electricity and maintenance experience.  He is knowledgeable in the areas of electrical maintenance, mechanical systems, programmable logic controllers, and schematics.  Elkins (BS, Southern Arkansas University) specializes in the training of industrial maintenance troubleshooting skills.
