The typical Kaizen Workshop consists of two half-days and two full days. The first half-day is spent for training of the Kaizen principles. Two full days are then geared toward analysis and on-the-spot improvement of the process. The final half-day is used to measure, report, and celebrate the results of the improvements. The Kaizen team is composed of plant personnel, team members, and consultants from The Solutions Group.
