ACHIEVE GLOBAL

The Solutions Group of Mississippi County Community College is an Education and Economic Development partner with AchieveGlobal.

Constant changes to today’s competitive landscape mean every aspect of a business must perform at its peak or potentially fall behind. Gaining productivity through the use of technology is growing in popularity, but experience has shown that organizations who emphasize development of their people as well as technology are the ones who reap the greatest productivity gains.

Producing better results requires identifying the underlying business issues and the behaviors that need to be both developed and eliminated. When Education and Economics Development partners combine the process steps below with training options, the combination creates powerful results for both businesses and for partners:

Training solutions address business issues in the competency areas of leadership, teamwork, workforce development, continuous improvement, and customer service.

SpectrumDevelopment

The Solutions Group of Mississippi County Community College is certified to deliver Spectrum Development training. The Spectrum Temperament Development Model is a fun and exciting method for helping people better understand themselves and others. The model, derived from the research of Carl Jung, Myers-Briggs, and David Keirsey, asserts that people are born with an innate temperament as well as a preference for how they interact with others.

Expanding on this innate belief, the Spectrum Temperament Development Model is based on the philosophy that people also have the potential to learn and develop the remaining temperaments and interaction style, thereby enabling them to become more integrated and balanced individuals.

The model uses the language of color to represent each temperament and interaction style. Collectively, the six colors create a Full Color Spectrum, illuminating one’s strengths, joys, skills, and stressors.

Benefits of Understanding Your Full Color Spectrum:
