Training programs offered by The Solutions Group in the area of quality management are designed to allow businesses to design and install formal, standardized systems to govern the procedural steps of any process. Skills developed include those needed to identify, monitor and record the proper steps which support the order entry, manufacture, and testing of products to ensure that compliance with agreed customer or product specification requirements are consistently met.
The Solutions Group is a certified training provider for the Plexus Training System for ISO/QS 9000, endorsed by the AIAG Sub-Tier QS-9000 Deployment Work Group, as well as Chrysler, Ford & General Motors. This training is designed to meet training requirements relating to registration and/or recertification.

Sally Wilson, Quality/Productivity/ISO Trainer
Wilson, a certified ISO Lead Auditor/Assessor, was formerly a consulting engineer on production projects and quality systems compliance for industry. Wilson (BSCE, University of Memphis) is licensed in the Plexus training system for ISO-9000, QS-9000, and CORE tools and is capable of providing quality/productivity training, advanced mathematics, SPC, as well as training and consulting regarding the implementation of ISO and QS systems. |
